I'm sorry I didn't answer my phone yesterday, got into a fight with my Dad and I endded up spending the rest of my evening upstair and my phone was down stairs. I was suprised to wake up this morning to about a dozen phone calls and a message. lol
Yup! I'm learning both Norwegian and Finnish, and I'm experimenting with a little Swedish as well! (After all, if I want to live in Finland, it might be useful to know some Swedish too, especiially if I don't know how it's said in Finnish!)
I'm teaching myself through a couple of different courses which are comprised of books and cds with native speakers on them. There are simple grammar notes (I have bought a couple of full on grammar books so that I can read up about stuff in full, should I want further information), sample dialogues and questions.
Oh yeah.. Internet translators are shocking, as they translate everything literally, so it often makes no sense at all (although it does make it rather amusing. ;P)
Glad to hear it! Yeah, I remember seeing some of your comments on his profile page. :) Finnish is a very interesting language- I just hope that I'll be good at it one day!
Yeah college...its pretty cool I like it :) Yeah I get on to do my homework and all...Yeah I put it on away so that I won't get interrupted while doing my work...but some people still IM me lol
